About the Check-In Sessions
Let’s Talk About It
As a Culturally Competent Coach, Therapist, and Consultant, I provide an empathetic and judgment-free environment to explore personal growth, professional development, and healing from trauma and oppression.
Utilising a variety of culturally sensitive tools and techniques, I offer a safe space to work through challenges and achieve positive results.
During our time together, the Wellness Support Check-Ins will provide a protected individual space for you to:
1. Exhale, inhale, regroup, recalibrate Process any thoughts or emotions that may arise
2. Use this time as you wish – celebrate, commiserate, bounce ideas, action plan, strategise
3. Have an open discussion guided by your individual needs
You will be supported with a variety of tools and techniques through an invitational approach. Confidentiality is assured, with conversations taking place in an exclusive Zoom room. You control whether to share any information outside of these confidential sessions, barring statutory safeguarding exceptions.

Check-In Sessions
6 uninterrupted check-in sessions, available to schedule bi-monthly over a period of 12 months. In the event of a necessary unavoidable need to reschedule, 48 hours notice is preferred for rearranging an appointment whenever possible. A confidential, judgment-free outlet tailored to your individual needs.

Judgment-free Space
A truly confidential space where you can openly share without fear of judgment or repercussions. This judgment-free outlet is tailored specifically to your individual needs, allowing you to bring any personal or professional challenges you may be facing.

Your Well-being Matters
The Wellness Support includes six check-ins. If you require additional sessions beyond the initial 6, please reach out to me or in some cases I may identify the need for further support. I’ll be happy to accommodate your needs for extra one-on-one check-ins.
