How long have you been holding it all in?

The comments that weren’t just jokes. The invisibility that made you question if you were even in the room. The pressure to succeed because failure would ‘prove them right.’ The grief of watching someone take credit for your work. The fear that if you speak up, it will cost you.

So you hold it. You keep going. You adjust. You survive.

You tell yourself: This is just how it is.

But at what cost?

What happens to the parts of you that never get to exist freely? Where do you go when the mask is too heavy to wear? Who sees the version of you that isn’t performing, achieving, enduring?

You Deserve a Space That Sees You Before You Speak.

I’m Power-Meant is not about making yourself smaller, softer, easier to digest. It is not about respectability, resilience without rest, or strength at the expense of your peace.

It’s having a space where you don’t have to hold it in anymore. A space where your anger isn’t dangerous, your exhaustion isn’t weakness, your joy isn’t suspicious. A space where you can breathe.

For Black, Brown, and Mixed Heritage Women, there are too few spaces like this. Too many rooms where we are watched, but not listened to. Too many systems that tell us to endure, but never disrupt.

We were never meant to carry this alone. And we won’t anymore.

This Space Is for You If…

👉🏾 You have ever rewritten an email ten times to sound less direct.

👉🏾 You have been called intimidating for showing confidence.

👉🏾 You are tired of being grateful for opportunities you should already have.

👉🏾 You are done making yourself small to make others comfortable.

And for Black, Brown, and Mixed Heritage Men, Episode 7 is open for you too. Because healing, growth, and conversation are all part of the journey.

Let Go of What You Were Told to Hold.
