Some Spaces Just Get You. Others Don’t.

You know the feeling. Walking into a room, a meeting, or even a conversation where something feels… off. Like you have to shrink yourself, adjust, or explain things that shouldn’t need explaining.

This isn’t one of those spaces.

I’m Power-Meant: Rites of Passage for Black Afrikan Heritage Women is a safe, transformative space designed for Black, Brown, and Mixed Heritage Women. It exists so you can walk boldly in your truth, unapologetically in your personal life, career, relationships, and community.

This fortnightly webinar series is rooted in Cultural wisdom, Ancestral knowledge, and Leadership development, guiding Women through every stage of Womanhood. A chance to explore who you are, before the world told you who to be.

But Let’s Address the Question We Keep Hearing…

Who is this space for?

  • If you are a Black, Brown, or Mixed Heritage Woman from Afrikan, Caribbean, or diasporic backgrounds, this is for you.
  • If you have ever felt disconnected from your Cultural roots, this is for you.
  • If you have struggled to navigate spaces that weren’t built for you, this is for you.
  • If you are looking for a community that truly sees you, this is for you.

The entire series is exclusively for Black, Brown, and Mixed Heritage Women. However, Episode 7 will open the space to include Black, Brown, and Mixed Heritage Men, creating a deeper dialogue on identity, resilience, and healing.

What You Will Gain

Empowerment Without Explanation: No justifying, code-switching, or performing. Just you, fully seen.

Tools to Navigate & Lead: Practical strategies to thrive in spaces that often minimise your worth.

Collective Healing & Sisterhood: A community of Women who understand, because they have lived it too.

Cultural & Spiritual Growth: Ancestral wisdom, self-discovery, and Leadership redefined on your terms.

A Space Rooted in Integrity: No sugarcoating—this space is not for everyone. While identity is personal, this is not a space to be taken advantage of. It is specifically for Women of Black, Brown, and Mixed Heritage backgrounds, and we trust our attendees to honour that.

You don’t need to explain yourself here. You just need to show up.
